Throughout the year 1-hour drop-in classes are held in the early morning. These can usually be combined with many other of the more substantial programs you choose to do during the day.

Conscious movements invite flow and aliveness in the body giving you awareness, flexibility and silence. Different exercises and streches are combined so that you learn the art of body awareness in your daily life. A great way to start the day and keep your body healthy.
Movements & postures to align the body and still the mind. In this class the body is stretched and strenghtened. One becomes flexible.The mind relaxes, creating a union between body and mind.
This class focuses on the basics of body alignment in stretching to unlock your flow of energy. You will be supported to deepen your alignment, stretch with stability and even explore inversions, if you are up for it!
A great way to start the day! Wake up and move your energy through breathing, body alignment, and soft movement. Chi Gong is an ancient healing art form China. With slow yet very energizing movement, it helps to strengthen the body as it relaxes the mind. Simple and enjoyable for everyone from 15 to 115 years old!
This class uses an OSHO technique to clean rubbish from the mind:
15 minutes of gibberish, going consciously crazy, allowing any sounds or words which come from inside, in any language except a language you know.
15 minutes lying down silently.
Centering movements, based on the work of G.I. Gurdjieff, where the mind and body create a new sense of presence, inner rhythm, silence and grace.
Bridging body mind and emotions through ancient dance form given by Gurdjieff.
Intuitive Drawing is a technique that helps us to access the creative, playful side of our brain. We learn to perceive and depict/draw things as they really are. By disregarding our pre-set ideas about how things ‘should’ look we begin to see a new play of lines, spaces, lights and shadows.
Dance is a delightful way to ground yourself in the body. Following the body’s impulses, a feeling of freedom arises and meditation happens naturally.
Meditative Swimming Techniques iIntermediate or higher): Learn techniques to integrate balance and glide into your freestyle stroke to allow for greater harmony, awareness and relaxation. Increase your feel for the water. Breathe more naturally. Overcome common obstacles to flowing through the water and swim longer and further with less mental and physical stress. Improve your swimming stroke while staying present in the moment.

In this morning class we rediscover our natural body alignment. We experience effortless movements based on conscious feeling of body - weight.
The subtle dance between feeling, sensing and moving invites holding patterns; stress, stiffness and pain to let go. The new feeling/experience is of lightness, effortless effort, balance and
clarity which you can easily recall in all your daily activities whether behind the computer, in your sports, yoga, meditation, or housework.
This series is focused on finding your center through a variety of balancing poses. We will also stretch and strengthen the spine so you will leave class feeling grounded in your core power.

This short form is designed to introduce the basics of Tai Chi and its principles at any level. Based on Yang-Style Tai Chi, the form evolved from more traditional approaches, with an emphasis on fluidity, dynamics, relaxation and internal flow throughout the body. To help the learning process and the integration of OSHO Form, we use different Taoists aspects of Push-Hands, as well as visualization and relaxation.
Vinyasa Flow synchronises breath with movement. In a smooth way poses (asana’s) run together and become a dance.
This is for all and boosts physical strength, stamina and flexibility.
You will experience the relationship between movement and stillness.

Yoga is not only asanas, the known yoga postures, but also a way to connect with yourself in the intricate dance of body and mind. This open class caters to your needs: restorative yoga postures in order to relax, or a flow of asanas to tone the body and gain strength & flexibility. You will naturally come to understand the relationship between movement and stillness. You will experience what it means to relax into the moment.
Yoga for beginners
Kyudo, the Way of the Bow, works with posture, movement, breathing techniques and the energy of the Hara Center, to release the arrow from a state of let-go. A meditation to learn to use your hara and breath, and to tune into your verticality.
This is tennis combined with awareness practice and centering exercises. At Basho tennis courts, please wear maroon t-shirt and trousers/shorts.
