Morning Classes

Throughout the year 1-hour drop-in classes are held in the early morning. These can be combined with many other of the more substantial programs you choose to do during the day. You can review a list of what is available below:

Aquafloating - Letting go into Life

Aquafloating is a healing method developed here in the OIMR.By exchanging sessions we will learn how to connect with ourselves and friends in a loving caring way

Chi Gong

A great way to start the day! Wake up and move your energy through breathing, body alignment, and soft movement.
Chi Gong is an ancient healing art form China. With slow yet very energizing movement, it helps to strengthen the body as it relaxes the mind.
Simple and enjoyable for everyone from 15 to 115 years old!

Discover Your Voice and Sing Along

Enjoy singing with joy and happiness.Bringing our creativity to our lives through singing. Warming up exercises of your voice and body and then, singing your heart out!

Meditative Swimming Techniques

Intermediate or higher:
Learn techniques to integrate balance and glide into your freestyle stroke to allow for greater harmony, awareness and relaxation.
Increase your feel for the water. Breath more naturally. Overcome common obstacles to flowing through the water and swim longer and further with less mental and physical stress.
Improve your swimming stroke while staying present in the moment.

Tai Chi

This short form is designed to introduce the basics of Tai Chi and its principles at any level. Based on Yang-Style Tai Chi, the form evolved from more traditional approaches, with an emphasis on fluidity, dynamics, relaxation and internal flow throughout the body.

To help the learning process and the integration of OSHO Form, we use different Taoists aspects of Push-Hands, as well as visualization and relaxation.

Vinyasa Flow

Synchronising breath with movement, in a smooth way poses (asana's) run together and become a dance.
This is for all and boosts physical strength, stamina and flexibility.
You will experience the relationship between movement and stillness. This class is paid by voucher.

Whirling Celebration

-Whirling is one of the most ancient techniques, one of the most forceful. It is so deep that even a single experience can make you totally different. Whirl with open eyes, just like small children go on twirling, as if your inner being has become a center and your whole body has become a wheel, moving, a potter’s wheel, moving. You are in the center, but the whole body is moving.- Osho
