Meditation and Centering go hand in hand. Centering is a support for meditation just as meditation is a support for centering. Focusing the mind through a course like Who Is In? or Satori supports a stillness, as does focusing on movement for example in tai chi or chi gong. The key is focus, intention and discipline, the keys to Centering.
