Doing Dying Differently

We’ll experiment with meditative methods just as relevant for when you are in good health as for when you are facing your imminent death - for example, from the day you learn that you are dying to the moment when you actually make the transition.
These techniques will help you be relaxed, to stay centered, conscious, and to know yourself as other than that which is going to perish. In addition you will learn how to share these methods with someone else - perhaps with a friend or family member.
