Practicing Mindfulness and Awareness

-By meditation I simply mean an awareness. Whatsoever one is doing one is fully aware of each act - physical, mental, emotional. Walking, you are aware of walking, running, you are aware of running, swimming you are aware of swimming. Eating, you are not simply stuffing yourself unconsciously and thinking of thousands of other things; you are simply eating and doing nothing else at that moment, totally in the act, alert aware. And then meditation becomes a twenty-four-hour-a-day phenomenon.-Osho

Participants meet for one hour for seven consecutive days. We practice various methods that cultivate mindfulness and awareness. This includes guided meditations to increase awareness of body and breath, and practicing mindful eating, listening, walking and looking - leading to more self-awareness, which becomes an easy doorway for transformation and meditation.
