Understanding the Essence of Meditation
This one-day course takes you on a fast-track journey to yourself, using the four entry points of the body, the senses, thoughts and feelings. While doing a series of powerful yet simple centering techniques you can experience that you are a witness - you exist beyond body, mind, feelings and senses.
This experience helps open up new dimensions in your daily life and strengthens your “watcher” during the meditations. It also helps clarify which Multiversity courses will best suit you next.
It also provides the perfect opportunity for you to deepen your experience after completing the
OSHO Meditation: In-depth course (4th to 5th of every month). You can then go onto participating in the
OSHO Meditation Intensive (8th to 10th of every month); All of which can be enjoyed as part of the
Week Within Living In program.
