Opening to Feeling: Breath - 2 Days

In a space of relaxation and trust, we are given the opportunity to reconnect with our body and feelings and open towards love and respect for ourselves and others. Using techniques which focus on the senses, we will bring our awareness to the heart and enter into a space of intimacy to explore the difference between emotions and feelings.

Through guided relaxation exercises, body movement, touch and dance you will be invited to expand your sensitivity, joy and awareness, creating a space for deeper meditation. You will learn ways to allow your life energy to flow in a natural way and enter a state of balance; connecting with yourself and others in a more open and spontaneous way.
