The more relaxed we are, the better we feel, and the better we feel, the more relaxed we are. As we allow this natural, “virtuous circle” to unfold, the unconscious parts of our mind can take advantage of this relaxation and become re-integrated into our life.
Already much of how we live our lives is based on hypnotic, trance-based reactions, dominated by unconscious, restricting beliefs learned in childhood. In fact, mind is the trance. By reversing this process, we can allow ourselves to let go of these false beliefs - the essence of Osho Dehypnosis.
This approach gives us the possibility of expanding our options, allowing us to respond in new, open, more flexible ways. Moving into self-hypnosis, we can then apply this process to any part of our life and particularly, meditation. That is its greatest use.
