OSHO Courses

The Osho Multiversity offers a large variety of courses all designed to provide a bridge to meditation, and ultimately a bridge to oneself. Lasting from one day to a few weeks, they are based on many different approaches, from Western psychology to contemporary meditative therapies.

Course timings for most courses are from 9:30 – 16:00, with an occasional extra session at night. The core of all the courses are OSHO Dynamic Meditation at 6:00, OSHO Kundalini Meditation at 16:15, and at 18:40, the OSHO Evening Meeting meditation which are part of a full daily meditation program.

You may prefer to participate in your OSHO Multiversity courses as part of one of the OSHO Living In Residential programs, which include 3, 6, or 12 regular course days of your choice as well as your daily campus entry sticker. For more information, please click here.

These OSHO Multiversity Courses can be an intense challenge to our beliefs about the world and ourselves. Osho has given very clear guidance about which courses are suitable for people with different cultural or psychological histories, This may result in the OSHO Multiversity deciding that it is not in your best interests to participate in a particular course.
