Primal Rebirth

The focus of this session is to uncover negative self-images created early on in life, and to find back our true essence, our unique self and its qualities.

Conditionings and beliefs about ourselves have their roots in early childhood, and the times where we had to choose to abandon ourselves are still stored in the body-mind memory system. We need to reconnect with the inner child.

For this we will use techniques like breath, bodywork, intuitive dialogue, gestalt and guided fantasy.

A private session in meditative swimming techniques (intermediate or higher):
Learn techniques to integrate balance and glide into your freestyle stroke to allow for greater harmony, awareness and relaxation. Increase your feel for the water. Breath more naturally.
Overcome common obstacles to flowing through the water and swim longer and further with less mental and physical stress. Improve your swimming stroke while staying present in the moment.
