This course is an opportunity to discover and reconnect with the true and essential qualities of the heart – such as acceptance, trust, innocence or joy – rather than the common understanding that it is a place of sentiments and emotions. You will discover "inner keys" that support you in integrating these qualities into your life and that help you to remember you have the choice of approaching life from the head or from the heart in any given moment.
Different heart meditations will strengthen your experience of the heart as a bridge to meditation, supporting you to move easily into a natural, relaxed state of witnessing.
