When methods designed to support individual self-understanding are combined with awareness techniques, then changes start happening very intensely and very quickly.

Osho Multiversity is the largest center in the world for meditation and personal growth processes. It encompasses all the current western therapy approaches, the healing arts of East and West, esoteric sciences, creative arts, centering and martial arts, tantra, zen, sufism, and Meditative Therapies. There are individual sessions and classes, as well as courses, and professional trainings. Even more unique than this amazing diversity, is the fact that all the methods used, whether relating to the body, the mind, the emotions or the subtle energy bodies, have meditation both at their base and as their objective.

Programs range from 1-day events to 3-month professional trainings.

Entry and full-day meditation pass 475 rupees.

A Welcome Package which includes: Entrance sticker for one day, Welcome Morning participation, HIV/Aids test, entry card with digital photo is available for 1,300 rupees.

Participation in most Multiversity full-day activities, ranging from courses to trainings: 95 USD - 120 USD / 68 EUR - 85 EUR per day. Specific programs may vary.
Individual sessions at Osho Multiversity range from 73 USD - 85 USD / 52 EUR - 60 EUR each.

Courses and Trainings are usually held from 9:30 (or 9:00) – 16:00; occasionally they include an extra session at night. They also include the basic OSHO meditations, i.e. Dynamic Meditation at 6.00, Kundalini Meditation at 16.15, and the 18.45 Evening Meeting meditation.
