The ideas presented are very useful points of beginning the meditative process. I really enjoy Osho's discourse excerpts which becomes part of the meditation for me.
Listening to one of these meditations early in the morning is a great way to start the day. Guidance is clear. Concept well supported with OSHO's explanation. Meditation exercise are simple interesting and fun to do.
