| Anger Is a Small Thing |
| How can I be aware during strong emotions? My anger feels like thousands of wild horses are running away with me! |
| “Anger is a very small thing. If you can just wait and watch, you will not find “thousands of wild horses." If you can find even a small donkey, that will be enough! Just watch it and it will go, slowly ....” |

| The Mind and Disease: Hypnosis and Health |
| “Seventy percent of diseases are mind-oriented. Through hypnosis those diseases can be prevented before they occur. Through hypnosis it can be found out what kind of sickness is going to happen in the near future. There are no symptoms on the body, the routine physical examination of the person will not show any indication that he is going to be sick or ill, he is perfectly healthy. But through hypnosis we can find that....” |

| When love wears thin it lets in the emotional weather |
| I am in a beautiful relationship right now; everything is going so harmoniously between us. |
| “Love is always beautiful in the beginning because you don’t bring your destructive energies into it. In the beginning you bring your positive energies into it ― both pool their energies positively, the thing goes simply fantastically. But then by and by the negative energies will start overflowing; you cannot hold them back forever....” |

Living in Ireland in a recession, bombarded daily with news of financial crisis and job losses, I decided to leave a secure well-paying job and come to the Meditation Resort and put myself under a microscope. After four short visits in 18 months, I returned home, light hearted and meditative, but couldn’t find time for meditation, becoming the workaholic again, under stress regardless of job change. I realized it wasn’t about what work I did, but how I did it. This was the perfect time to come to join Work as Meditation.
In a short time, unconsciously I recreated my outside reality here in this meditative paradise ― stressed, over responsible, rushing through the plaza as others sauntered. With nowhere else to look but in, I got a chance I don’t get in the outside world: to look at what was going on for me ― how Zorba and Buddha were left at the starting blocks while the Workaholic ran laps of the track. After two months and more awareness, things are changing. Here I have Osho Dynamic Meditation to become aware of repressed feelings, Osho Kundalini to shake off the day and allow processing, and the Evening Meeting to simply do nothing and practice the Art of Listening― bliss in a day of otherwise doing.
Monsoon Season is quiet, a wonderful opportunity to connect deeply with other meditators. Being able to share experiences with others who are also seeking to find the truth about themselves, to feel the support of those others, and the Meditation Resort, is essential to my inner journey. Coming here is a true gift to myself. While I can still be found skating at speed through a monsoon puddle in the plaza, rushing somewhere, each time I become aware a little sooner and take a moment to appreciate where I am and how far I have come.

| Feel "I am" |
I am existing. Go deep into this feeling. Just sitting, go deep into this feeling ― I am existing, I am. Feel it, don't think it, because you can say it in the mind ― I AM ― and it is futile. Your head is your undoing. Don’t go on repeating in the head I am, I am existing. It is futile, it is useless. You miss the point.
Feel it deep down in your bones. Feel it all over your body. Feel it as a total unit, not in the head. Just feel it ― I am. Don’t use the words... |
