| "Death makes life beautiful, because it makes you alert: don't miss the train, don't miss anything. Enjoy, relish everything possible to you, because tomorrow is death. Death is not your enemy, death is your greatest friend. Without death you will be just dead bodies moving around with no purpose, with no meaning, and no exit. If there can be any hell, its name will be 'No exit.'" Osho |

Visitors coming inside the Osho International Meditation Resort are struck by the awesome display of Osho books in the book shop, mainly in two languages: Hindi and English.
This beautifully arranged collection made the famous English author Jeffrey Archer exclaim, " More books than mine!" Yes, it's hard to believe that one man can be the author of four hundred plus books. These books are transcribed from Osho's spontaneous talks in English and Hindi. The book shop also contains a repertoire of music CDs, audio CDs, VCDs and DVDs. Not only that, the counter near the entrance is also lined with several issues of Osho Times—a beautiful monthly published by OSHO Multimedia & Resorts Pvt. Ltd.
Wonder where all this work gets done? The huge meditation resort is divided by two public roads in Koregaon Park. Go through the back gate, cross the second lane and you will find Osho Multimedia – a large black building hidden in the thick foliage in the area called Mirdad. OSHO Multimedia houses editors, designers, translators, photographers and project managers working on the audio production. The wonder of technology enables people edit and design books online across the globe. It is sent to the editors here in Pune.
Thanks to this team many Osho books are published every month, and are then available for translation into over 50 languages….
December is bubbling with lots of international visitors who throng this beautiful energy field. The climate is good and the air is supercharged with celebration. |

The Book of Secrets: Keys to Love and Meditation
"These techniques will not mention any religious ritual. No temple is needed, you are quite enough of a temple yourself. You are the lab; the whole experiment is to go on within you. This is not religion, this is science. No belief is needed. Only a daringness to experiment is enough; courage to experiment is enough. These 112 methods are for the whole of humanity-for all the ages that have passed, and for all the ages that have yet to come. I will go on describing each method from as many angles as possible. If you feel any affinity with it, play with it for three days. If you feel that it fits, that something clicks in you, continue it for three months. Life is a miracle. If you have not known its mystery, that only shows that you do not know the technique for how to approach it." --Osho. |

| Meditation for a more deeply refreshing sleep: |
 |
You may not be sleeping well in the night. Very few people are sleeping well, so when you have not slept well in the night you are a little tired during the day. If that is the case, then do something with your sleep. It should be made deeper. Time is not much of a question — you can sleep for eight hours, and if it is not deep you will feel hungry for sleep, starved — depth is the question.
Every night before you go to sleep do a small technique, and that will help tremendously. Put the lights off, sit in your bed ready to sleep, but sit for fifteen minutes. Close your eyes and then start any monotonous nonsense sound, for example: la, la, la — and wait for the mind to supply new sounds. The only thing to be remembered is those sounds or words should not be of any language that you know.
