| Why Is There So Much Conflict Between Religions? |
| The world seems to be getting more and more crazy from day to day. Nobody knows what is going on and everything is upside down and confused. This is what is told in the newspapers. Is it real? And if so, is there any intrinsic balance in life which is keeping everything stable? |
| "The world is the same; it has always been the same – upside down, crazy, insane. In fact, only one thing new has happened in the world, and that is the awareness that we are crazy.…" |

| Pain While Meditating |
| The first few days of active meditation tend to tighten muscles, causing pain everywhere. Is there any way to get over that? |
"Go on doing it! You will get over it.
"The reasons are obvious. There are two reasons. First, it is a vigorous exercise and your body has to get attuned to it.…" |

| On an Emotional Roller-Coaster |
| I feel I'm always on a roller–coaster of feelings. How to get off it? I've tried just watching them all but as soon as one has gone, up comes something else! |
"Live each emotion that you feel. It is you.
"Hateful, ugly, unworthy – whatever it is, actually be in it. First give the emotions a chance to come totally up into the conscious. Right now, by your effort of watchfulness you are repressing them in the unconscious.…" |

| RANJANA |
I am from Chile and I worked in an international company facilitating leadership and organization coaching in many countries. I first heard of Osho when I was seventeen. I had just finished my Catholic College and I was looking for some meaning in life. At that time I was reading existential philosophy but it didn't provide any answers. One day at my friend's house I saw an Osho book, I Am the Gate. Instantly I felt I had found what I was looking for. There was some kind of explosion inside and I started crying. I went to the garden and kept trembling and crying because what I was looking for exists! |
I started doing OSHO Dynamic Meditation, OSHO Kundalini Meditation, and Therapy Groups.
Then I came to Pune and decided to stay and work here at the OSHO International Meditation Resort.
Here the working day is just six hours; I was used to working around twelve hours a day, seven days a week. I had been only focused on my professional life, not my personal life, and I had to learn to relax.
The balance between work and meditation is a good way to come back to my source, to reconnect with nature, and with other human beings also.
This is a magical place, both practical and a mystery school. Thanks to the many events and activities I have unearthed my skills; for example I have found I can sing! My experiences here are sometimes tough, sometimes ecstatic, yet all are generating more awareness.

| Remember Your Breath |
| If you can become master of your breathing you become master of your emotions.... The unconscious goes on changing your rhythm of breathing, so if you become aware of this rhythm and its constant changes, you can become aware of your unconscious roots, of what the unconscious is doing. |
