| "In the morning remember it is a new day, a new beginning. Have a decision deep in your heart that, ‘Today I am not going to waste this opportunity. Enough is enough! Today I am going to be aware, today I am going to be alert, today I am going to devote as much energy as possible to the single cause: the cause of meditation. I will meditate in all my acts. I will do all the activities, the usual day-to-day activities, but with a new quality: I will bring the quality of awareness to them.’" Osho |

| The Master Key |
|
All psychological approaches to mental health are, by definition, limited in their efficacy because they are limited to the mind.
The master key lies elsewhere .... |

| Have a Heart! |
|
Are heart attacks hate attacks?
There really may well be a connection between a healthy physical heart and our capacity to love.... I have been experiencing pain of varying degrees in my chest for some years. It disappears when I love, when I melt.... |
| "It is not physical; it is certainly concerned with relaxation...." |

The huge pyramidal structure of the Osho Auditorium is the heart of the Osho Meditation Resort. All the essential Osho meditations are done here. This auditorium wakes up at 6 am with the vigorous sounds of OSHO Dynamic meditation followed by many active and passive meditations throughout the day. Most of the meditations last one hour and almost seven meditations are practiced here during the day till 10.30 pm. The highlight of the day - The Evening Meeting - is also offered here.
It is amazing how all these activities are done punctually every single day. There is one main coordinator who overviews the process and individual coordinators of each meditation. Each coordinator finds facilitators for their meditation.
Facilitators come 15 minutes before the meditations, set up the lights, speakers, the mike, and the iTouch which provides the music. Each coordinator trains meditation facilitators for their particular meditation. New people can be trained quickly, they bring the flavor of the world. The magic of the pyramid makes the Osho meditations even more impacting.
The Evening Meeting is the main event of the day with many different aspects involved: the music, the video, the sound system, the watchers, the cleaners....
Of the Evening Meeting, Osho says, “That which cannot be said has to be experienced. This is a great experience of getting into the inner space.Something is experienced in this gathering which no one has been able to define. This is the highest peak of the whole day’s working, meditating, or doing groups.”

The Man Who Loved Seagulls :
In The Man Who Loved Seagulls, Osho discusses essential stories and parables from the world's great wisdom traditions of Zen, Taoism, Christianity, and Judaism. Osho – himself a master storyteller – interprets the stories in this collection and applies them to the concerns of modern day life. The valuable lessons they impart are both timely and universal. The stories encourage meditation as they are meant to be told and studied again and again, in order to discover new layers of meaning with each reading.
Ideas and topics include:
The futility of chasing happiness The journey from fear to freedom The Zen approach to death and dying The extraordinary intelligence of innocence |
