| Is It a Good Idea to Have a Baby? |
| I wonder about having a baby. Is it a good idea? |
| "If you can avoid it that is very good. When people ask, they create trouble for me. If I say no then it feels as if I am hurting your motherhood. If I say yes then certainly there are going to be troubles and responsibilities and you may get into a mess.…" |

| "If you listen and you become attentive to your body, you will start having a discipline that cannot be called a discipline." |

| The Problem as an Ego Tonic |
| I feel I'm always on a roller – coaster of feelings. How to get off it? I've tried just watching them all but as soon as one has gone, up comes something else! |
| "The ego does not feel good, at ease, with molehills; it wants mountains. Even if it is a misery, it should not be a molehill, it should be an Everest. Even if it is miserable, the ego doesn't want to be ordinarily miserable; it wants to be extraordinarily miserable!.…!" |

| VIBHAVAN |
Twenty seven years ago I was living in Portland, USA, and feeling, at the age of thirty-nine, that I had accomplished the American dream: family, good business, beautiful home – until one night, I screamed to the full moon, "I'm dead! I can't feel! I have everything and I'm empty inside."
One week later I picked up and read my first Osho book and decided the next day to fly to India to visit the Meditation Resort. Reaching there I asked at the Welcome Center, "What goes on around here?" "Meditation" was the reply. I will never forget my next words in a loud voice, "What's that?" |
For me the OSHO International Meditation Resort is a laboratory, a place where I come each year to experience meditation, and over the years take and give courses through the OSHO Multiversity: "Fast-Track to Yourself" and "Inner Skills for Work and Life."
Fast-Track is a beautiful one day course, giving the participant a direct experience of four pathways into our inner world: learning to watch the body, the mind, the emotions and the senses.
"Inner Skills for Work and Life" – I would love if everyone who works in the world or has a relationship could come and experience it.
Each time I leave the Meditation Resort I go back into my life, my family, my work a little more playful, less serious, more relaxed and centered with a huge "wow!" – that such a place exists in the world. And grateful that now I am far more alive than I was in my twenties or forties.

| Meditating on the Night |
| Just be alone, sit silently, look into the darkness. Become one with the dark, disappear into it. Look at the stars – feel the distance, the silence, the emptiness, and use night for your meditation.…" |
