| Emotional Incontinence |
|
You once suggested to me that I keep my energy inside and bring it to my hara, my lower belly. Since doing this, I notice that my hara has become like a mirror for all my feelings.
I feel that behind this small suggestion of yours lies more than I can imagine. Could you please comment? |

| Migraine |
|
| I’m still getting migraine and I feel it must be caused by something very deep. I don’t go into them as much – I keep on working and they often dissolve. But sometimes I long for night-time to just go into oblivion. |
|
“No, it is nothing deep. Even the head is not very deep, so how can a headache be? You have just got into the habit of it. It is really no longer a disease but just a learned habit...”

| Same-Sex Relationships |
|
| I find myself mostly attracted to women and very rarely deeply to a man. It bothers me a little. |

| “Sex has been called the original sin. It is neither original nor sin. Even before Adam and Eve ever ate the fruit from the tree of knowledge they were having sex, and all the other animals in the Garden of Eden were having sex....” |

I come from Lithuania where I worked as a marketing manager in a pharmaceutical company. I had been on my spiritual search for about ten years, trying many different spiritual paths including the traditional Catholic religion, but nothing fitted with me. Then I was introduced to Osho and I liked what he was saying. I tried several of the meditations until OSHO Dynamic Meditation clicked with me. In the beginning Dynamic Meditation was a torture; it is a five-in-one process; breathing, releasing emotions, fitness, and silence. But I really became a fan of Dynamic Meditation when I didn't get sick that winter.
I joined the residential program and got so much out of it. Designed to support the worker on every level, the program includes participation in Multiversity courses, coaches who are open to your problems, enabling you to encounter yourself, and mistakes are also allowed which is so relaxing. And of course Osho talks where you are reminded to be present, to be a witness – everything helps to go deeper. What I have learnt in four months here would have taken many years to learn in the outside world.

| Stop! |
 |
Just as you have the impulse to do something, stop.
You can try it anywhere. You are taking your bath – suddenly order yourself to "Stop!" and stop. Even if it is only for a single moment, you will feel a different phenomenon happening within you.
