It is awareness that brings change, not your effort. Why does it happen through awareness? – because the awareness changes you. And when you are different the whole world is different. It is not a question of creating a different world, it is only a question of creating a different you. You are your world, so if you change, the world changes."     Osho

Amalgamated Misery
Amalgamated Misery
I'm scared of aloneness. I'm not in a relationship right now, a fact, which I like and simultaneously I don't like.
"That time when you will be able to be alone will also come, but that time has not come yet. So like or dislike it, you will have to be with somebody. Aloneness is possible only when one is really mature, and nothing can be done for that maturity immediately. Maturity comes by and by, when you live with people and you suffer and you enjoy also.…"

Be a Hollow Bamboo
Be a Hollow Bamboo
"This is one of Tilopa’s special methods. Every master has his own special method through which he has attained, and through which he would like to help others. This is Tilopa’s specialty: Like a hollow bamboo rest at ease with your body.

"A bamboo: inside completely hollow. When you rest, you just feel that you are like a bamboo: inside completely hollow and empty. And in fact this is the case: your body is just like a bamboo and inside it is hollow. Your skin, your bones, your blood, are all part of the bamboo, and inside there is space, hollowness.…"

The Revolution Called Ecstasy
The Revolution Called Ecstasy
How is it that we usually choose to be unhappy? How is it that we don't feel aware that it is a choice?
"This is one of the most complex human problems. It has tbe considered very deeply, and it is not theoretical – it concerns you. This is how everybody is behaving…always choosing the wrong, always choosing the sad, the depressed, the miserable. There must be profound reasons for it, and there are.…"

I am from Japan and work in Hong Kong as a supervisor for an American company offering web conferencing services. I became burned out at work and needed to take some time off to look at my life. A friend told me about Osho and I came to the Meditation Resort where I immersed myself in OSHO Dynamic Meditation and OSHO Multiversity courses.

I started working but found it stressful as I still had the idea of wanting to achieve something. One day my coordinator sat me down and just said, "Relax!" This was the first time I'd ever heard that word in connection with work. She explained how we use our work as a meditation here, watching what happens inside. The Inner Skills for Work and Life course goes deeper into this, with things like being aware of the breath while walking, and not being in a hurry to get somewhere. I learned to watch no matter what I’m doing.

All this support helps tremendously. I feel happy and energetic and things just happen by themselves. I was feeling overworked when I came yet now I'm doing even more hours and having the time of my life!

Οn May 11 ‑ 13, take a journey to reconnect with nature and release old reactionary patterns that no longer serve you, inviting energies of healing in Shamanic Healing Journey. If you love the OSHO Born Again process, and would like to deepen your own experience of it and learn to facilitate it, participate on May 18 ‑ 23, in OSHO Born Again Facilitating. On May 21, explore the phenomenon of channeling and open the space for meditation by getting A Taste of Channeling.

On June 1, take the Fast Track to Yourself and discover the golden key to witnessing, the essence of meditation. The day focuses on four different doorways – the body, the senses, the thoughts, and the feelings – through which to come in contact with ourselves and our inner reality. It also allows you to see which Multiversity events will best suit you, and will help you to “watch” during the meditations. On June 4 ‑ 5, Start with the Body; connect more deeply with your own body and acknowledge the wisdom within. On June 2 ‑ 5, Awareness Intensive: Who Is In? is designed to focus your total energy into the search for who you really are. And on June 7 ‑ 9, understand and experience your Inner Skills for Work & Life. On May June 10 ‑ 16, learn to use Self-Hypnosis for Meditation; a great tool for your daily life.

Innocence, Knowledge, and Wonder What Happened to the Sense of Wonder I Felt as a Child?

The third title in this dynamic and exciting series, Innocence, Knowledge, and Wonder, looks to each person's last state of innocence – childhood – to recover the ability to truly be curious. Osho discusses why it is important to look to our "inner child" and how it can help you understand the person you have become.
  Power, Politics, and Change
What can I do to help make the world a better place?

Power, Politics, and Change takes on the conventional wisdom that "power corrupts" and proposes instead that those who seek power are already corrupt. Osho looks at where this "will to power" comes from, how it expresses itself not only in political institutions, but in our everyday relationships. In the process, he offers a vision of relationships and society based not on power over others, but on a recognition of the uniqueness of every individual.

Become the Clarity of the Cloudless Sky
Become the Clarity of the Cloudless Sky
If you meditate on open unclouded sky, suddenly you will feel that the mind is disappearing, the mind is dropping away. There will be gaps. Suddenly you will become aware that it is as if the clear sky has entered in you also. There will be intervals. For a time being, thoughts will cease – as if the traffic has ceased and there is no one moving. In the beginning it will be only for moments, but even those moments are transforming. By and by the mind will slow down, bigger gaps will appear. For minutes together there will be no thought, no cloud.
