| Self-Compassion |
| "If you don’t love yourself you will never be able to love anybody else. If you are not kind to yourself you cannot be kind to anybody else. Your so-called saints who are so very hard on themselves are just pretending that they are kind to others. It is not possible. Psychologically it is impossible. If you cannot be kind to yourself, how can you be kind to others? …" |

| Getting on with Your Body |
|
| "Everybody is in a state of schizophrenia, more or less; the differences are only of degrees. Everybody is split because the exploiters, both religious and political, have depended on this strategy: divide the man, don’t allow man integrity, and he will remain a slave. A house divided against itself is bound to be weak. So you have been taught to fight with the body; that is the root strategy of division, of dividing you. …" |

"To solve your problems means to give you an answer that intellectually satisfies you; and to dissolve your problem is to give you a method that makes you yourself aware that there is no problem at all: problems are all our own creations and there is no need for any answer
The enlightened consciousness has no answer…" |

Last month I was informed by my doctor that my blood pressure was very high. As an airline pilot my profession is highly skilled and highly stressful with odd hours of flying and lack of sleep, so hypertension is natural.
The doctor gave me two options: medication or meditation. I chose the latter. I went to Google search and typed meditation, and among the top few places was OSHO International Meditation Resort in Pune, India.
I contacted the Living In Program and within two days I was here. It took me a week to come out of my hyper state. This place has a relaxing energy yet it was difficult for me to manage my time because there was no schedule. I had a real feast of Meditations; Vipassana, OSHO Dynamic, OSHO Kundalini and OSHO Nadabrahma, and the Evening Meeting put me at ease.
Strangely enough, although I was alone here I didn't feel lonely or homesick, and I was far calmer in tackling situations, far more balanced. People are here for a common objective therefore they are friendly and understanding. Also the food is so delicious that I lost five kilos, and when I went home my kids said, "Dad, you are looking younger!"

The essence of meditation is the knack of “witnessing,” “watching,” “observing,” “self‑remembering”… Because the body is the most tangible part of us, almost all the approaches use a bodily/physical phenomenon as the object of this watching, as a way to learn this knack.
Osho takes this ancient play to a whole new level – now using “sounds” as that bodily phenomenon. As Osho
explains, “The art of listening is the simplest method of transformation.”

Here you will find many beautiful hours of sounds, of somebody drawing a painting with words, a painting that is designed to be dissolved in… as if you were listening to the sound of wind through the trees… where the words are like musical notes that contain the eternal message of silence, of harmony…."
