Joint Release is a respectful and gentle way of working with our body.
Gentle rocking, stretching and lifting movements impart the experience of freedom and pleasure. This experience increases as the treatment progresses and makes it easy for the body to realign and let go of old patterns.
The combination of movement, stillness, words and silence allow us to access our own ability to heal at the level that is right for us. Although every experience is different, the effects are often reported as pleasurable and long lasting.

Transomatic Past Life Dialogue

In a state of deep relaxation we go back to a memory of a different place and a different time when we had another body. We can see issues from that time that may have created patterns that are still be active in our life today. By seeing them clearly we have the choice to let them go.

A Transomatic Past Life session focuses on the moment of death in the previous life. This is because our last thought in that life defines the beginning of our next life and most importantly to recognize that something did not die. When we allow ourselves to see clearly that there is a part that doesn't die we can begin to realize that we are not the body. As we move away from our belief that we are the body we also move away from the fear based survival system of the body. Instead we can begin to trust our awareness rather than our fear.
