| Payment |
Have your credit card handy - you will be asked for the card verification number on the back of the card (or, the front of an American Express card) as part of the check-out process. |
| Dowloading Allowance |
You will immediately be sent an email confirming details of your purchase with a link to the Help download page, and/or you can follow the instructions given to proceed with your downloads directly. After you have purchased your Audiobooks/eBook/Music, you have 5 days to complete downloads of the files you have purchased. The downloading can be done from a different computer. |
| Security Settings |
When you have confirmed your order and have clicked on the link to download your files, depending on your security settings you may see the following dialogue boxes. |
(*) If your computer is on a network, the network settings might not allow you to "run" the file - in that case, you can save it to your desktop, and then double-click the saved file to run it. |
| Downloading |
When you execute or "run" the file, it opens the Osho Download Manager, which allows you to track the progress of your downloads. You can pause and resume the downloads as long as this window is open and you are connected to the Internet. If your internet connection is lost or the download manager is closed, you may resume your downloads at later stage, and the downloads will continue from the point they were stopped. See: How can I resume my downloading after closing a session? |
| eBooks |
For eBooks, there is no login feature; however you will need to download eBooks from the same PC as you have made your purchase. |
How do I know which format to choose? |
This depends on a few different factors, including: Type of computer: PCs can play both MP3 and WMA files. If you are a MAC user and are not sure whether you can play WMA files, you should choose MP3 format. MAC OSX supports playing WMA files with Microsoft's Windows Media Player 9 for Mac OS X. Note that although Windows Media Player will let you listen to compatible WMA files on your computer, it won't let you export the files to an iTunes-friendly format. Connection speed and drive capacity: Depending on your Internet connection speed and the capacity of your computer hard drive, size may be a factor. Larger files take longer to download, and use more space on your hard drive. Each talk/track has a link to a pop-up window showing "Download Times of Various Formats" and showing the file size. Compatibility with your portable device: Both MP3 and WMA files can be burned to CD, but some portable devices do not play WMA files. If you intend to transfer your Audiobooks/eBook/Music files to a portable device, make sure the format you choose is compatible. AAC files (only for music) are compatible with iPod and iTunes. (*) eBooks are only available in Microsoft Reader ebook format and this feature is compatible with handheld computers but not PDAs nor SmartPhones. |

How can I buy a complete series of talks? (*) |
Locate the title page for the complete series alphabetically in the catalog, or, if you have found a single talk through the search function and want to look at the rest of the series, press the "Back" link on the left side of the individual talk description page. This will take you to the overall series title page. Immediately underneath the series description are links to select all the individual talks in the series, and to add them to your shopping basket. (*) Please note that this feature is only available for Audiobooks. For Music you will have to select the tracks one by one. |
Can I pay by check or money order? |

What happens if I don´t manage to complete all my purchased downloads within five days? |
When you check your shopping cart, you will see the following screen: |
I purchased my Audiobooks/Music and burned them on a CD, but I don´t hear anything when I try to play them. What´s wrong? |
Not every CD player will play digital audio files, especially older models. To play your digital CDs, you will need to use a compatible player. To make sure the CD burn was successful, try playing it using your computer's CD drive. |
