The focus of this session is to uncover negative self-images created early on in life, and to find back our true essence, our unique self and its qualities.
Conditionings and beliefs about ourselves have their roots in early childhood, and the times where we had to choose to abandon ourselves are still stored in the body-mind memory system. We need to reconnect with the inner child. For this we will use techniques like breath, bodywork, intuitive dialogue, gestalt and guided fantasy.
